Hey you....how's your work outs goin? Have you mastered "21" yet? I have another great one for you...and it really works. I did 5 unassisted continuous pull-ups and 30 non-stop push-ups last night after being called out at the gym. yeah, for real. AND that was after I ran 2 miles and did a 1 1/2 hour pilates class. How's that for inspiration ;-)
